1. FFC Frankfurt of Bundesliga in Germany extended the contracts of 18-year-old midfielder Dszenifer Marozsan and 19-year-old forward Svenja Huth. The club also signed German Women’s National Team midfielder/forward Kim Kulig.
Marozsan and Huth both played for Germany’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup championship team last summer. Marozsan, who became the youngest player in Bundesliga when she debuted at the age of 14 with 1. FC Saarbrücken, extended her contract with 1. FFC Frankfurt until June 2013. Huth also extended her contract to 2013.
Kulig has played for Hamburger SV since 2008. She will join 1. FFC Frankfurt this summer and will be under contract with her new club until June 2014. Kulig also played for the German U-20 side this past summer. She scored for goals during the 2010 U-20 Women’s World Cup.
