The Western New York Flash acquired forward Adriana Leon, defender Abby Erceg, and the No. 9 overall pick in the 2016 NWSL College Draft from the Chicago Red Stars.
In return, Chicago acquires defender Whitney Engen and a fourth-round pick in the 2017 NWSL College Draft.

The Western New York Flash acquire defender Rebecca Moros from FC Kansas City and send the rights to defender Brittany Taylor to FC Kansas City.
In a separate transaction, FC Kansas City acquires forward Amanda Frisbie from Western New York in exchange for international roster spots for the 2016 and 2017 seasons.

Orlando acquires Alex Morgan and Kaylyn Kyle from Portland in exchange for its No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NWSL College Draft and the first pick in the 2015 NWSL Expansion Draft, plus an international roster spot for 2016 and 2017.
Also, FC Kansas City sends forward Sarah Hagen and a second-round pick in the 2016 NWSL College Draft to Orlando in exchange for a second-round pick in the 2017 NWSL College Draft.

Portland sends midfielders Sinead Farrelly and McCall Zerboni to Boston in exchange for first-round (No. 2) and second-round (No. 20) picks in the 2016 NWSL College Draft.
Portland also acquires Icelandic international and Florida State alum Dagný Brynjarsdóttir from Boston in exchange for its second-round (No. 20) and fourth-round (No. 35) picks in the 2016 NWSL College Draft.
